heey pretty ladies..

well, i just came back from a huge sale at walmart, and anyone who knows me will tell you exactly what i would do at such an event.

i bought 3 lippes, and my beloved wet n wild liquid liner (i do have others i love, but this is $5, long lasting and a very dark black; can't go wrong!)

top to bottom: maybeline, revlon, rimmel.

the lippies.

* rimmel - soft coral
a really pretty buildable coral color with little silver sparkles which feel a bit gritty, but worth it in this case due to 1) gorgeous color 2) price.

* revlon - persian melon
a gorgeous, buildable, deep, hot pink. i'd call this a rasperry.

* maybeline - coral crush
a gorgeous vibrant coral... which reaks of play dough! umm, no more of these for me, thanks..
i don't mind a lip product that doesn't smell very pretty, but one that stinks is just too much for me.. that being said, it shall be a little gift to my sister :)

and now the break down..
my favorite lipstick was the revlon, really soft and great pigmentation.
the rimmel one is gorgeous but i feel like i have sand on my lips. i'll see about a future re-purchase, lol.
and as for the maybeline, gorgeous coral.. i just can't get over the very strong smell of play dough though, so thats a definate no no, it now belongs to my sister..!
i mean i have nars lip glosses which smell ever so slightly of plastic (not a horrid smell to me) but this stuff.. ew.
so thats my review :)

a review.

hi girlies :]
so i'm about to get ready for work, but before that..
i thought i'd share my love for this product with u :)

this here, ladies.. is my favorite moisturizer :) i know there are very nice high end moisturizers (clinique was okay, better in the winter for me), but for now, for me.. this is it! it works greaaat with my skin.. my skin can be dry but tends to get shiny through out the day, so before i do my make up, i need a moisturizer that will take care of my dry bits & will not encourage the shine!

for those of you who have tried the chanel hydramax moisturizer.. this is very similar, for about five times less the price! why spend so much money on something that you will need all the time, is hidden under your make up and will finish quickly? its like going out and paying $60 for a deodrant. :) i'm not saying we shouldn't pay for good skin products, but i think if there is something similar that will save you money for clothing, accessories and make-up, i'm ohhkaaay with that.. :)

this is what i use, and have been using for a while now and my oh my, does it work.. it has a very fresh, cool, light weight feeling on the skin and smells really fresh as well. its not expensive, and very easy to find for me.. I would recommend this to tha ladies who like something light weight, affordable and effective..! my mom brought me on to this, and then we both brought it on to my sister :)

well, my shopping addiction is really getting to be a pain in the butt !
its like everytime i come home from buying everything i thought i wanted/needed, i come up with like 10 more :(
not for long..!

my goal this month:

less purchases and more learning new things.

although i love fashion, and had so many plans about becoming a designer, i think i wanna go into something totally different.. food.

who doesn't love a good cook?

i know i do :)

but since i will be trying to buy less.. i have come up with a small wishlist before i go for it :)

(i know, im sucha cheater :P)

* Nars Desire.. are we a little too old for the dolly bright pink blush, or can we still have fun with it? still thinking about this one.

* i really want fawn over me and dandy brandy by benefit's velvet eyeshadows. so happy i have rich beach and bikini line.. and oooooh myyyy.. so creamy, so dreamy :)

* nyx blushes.. i need about 2 more so i can be satisfied, the price makes it so easy to let myself.. loveee

* silver hoops, real ones - i get infections when i use fakes :(

* blah, sooner or later.. winter shoes.. should i go ugg or moccasins?

yaah, so please do tell me what you think..

so this is my first entry into blog world.. hi :)
i thought i'd start off by doing one of my favorite types of blogging,
f a v o r i t e s of the moment :)


1. rimmel lip gloss - yes, we all love our pricey lip glosses, but some of these rimmel ones are so nice, very affordable and great to carry around during the day!

2. my Dior Original Tan bronzer.. It is beautiful.
i have it in 002 honey tan, and the color is not only gorgeous, it gives a lovely sheen..
=)

3. my st ives apricot srub.. so effective, very pretty smelling, and cheap!

4. benefit velvet eyeshadows - these things are amazing.
they just go on so smooth, so pigmented..!
i think i might look into more colors :)


so thats it for now, i hope this was somewhat interesting, lol :)
