for me, it's all about mixing it up.
and by that i mean not fitting into a category
such as punk, preppy, etc
i love brands like michael kors, coach, gucci
cause they really add a bit of everything into their products.
when i walk around in tha mall,
almost immediately i spot girls that fit into the categories..
i admire people who step out of the typical thing to wear
i myself do my best to spice it upp,
though without over powering it..
thats a big no no!
spicing it up means adding a little somethin' somethin'
a studded bag, heels, hoops and a smokey eye?
hot
a sweater, jeans, studs and a neutral eye?
gets boring fast
here are some great celeb examples of what i mean
now if i saw these ladies at tha mall,
i'd def think they belonged in a magazine..
not cause of who they are,
but how they wore what they wore :)
here are a couple of tips on how to spice it up!
i own this bag from f21
it adds a special something to many outfits
don't you think?
not neccassarily to this extent,
colorful nails or over accessorizing
plays a major role in the world of fashion
don't over do it, but have fun :)
style is a major part of other people's impression of you
you wanna look interesting, classy, sexy and smart!
(i do anyways)
:)
i hope you all have a faaab sunday!

i totally agree. people should wear whatever they feel like; it's one of the many things i love about london - you can wear whatever the hell you want and noone will judge you :D i myself have made many fashion mistakes but learnt my own style along the way, which is mostly looks that are always fashionable you know? pencil skirts, shift dresses etc. with most experimentation being accessories <3 but people just need to find their own style that makes them feel sexy and feminine and if u like it wear it cus fashion is for you - if ur happy with wot ur wearing who cares wot anyone else thinks? : )
ReplyDeletevery true, darling :)

all of us make mistakes,
but that's tha only way to learn :)

I love Jenny from Gossip Girl :-) I agree, adding your own falir to things is alot more glamorous than sticking to same old. smokey eyes and heels = YAY!
